Stephanie's Bio
Ambassador Stephanie Lynn Steenstra is a global educator, chaplain, and Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar who transforms how leaders amplify their impact while steering emergent technology with harmony and alignment to Spirit. She guides visionaries, entrepreneurs, and changemakers to discover their highest purpose through joyful collaboration and service leadership. Her teachings help leaders navigate rapid change without losing sight of what matters most: authenticity, enduring values, and wisdom passed through generations.
As a dynamic speaker for the Global Society of Female Entrepreneurs (GSFE), Stephanie delivers transformational workshops on “AI for Creative Collaboration & Visionary Leadership”. She empowers audiences to ethically harness cutting-edge tools that amplify creative collaboration and community transformation while staying rooted in authentic human connection and wisdom.
With a Master's in Educational Technology and passion for languages, she's inspired thousands of learners across every continent. Her work bridges the sacred and the innovative: international leadership trainings, eleven co-authored books on leadership and spiritual growth, and visionary initiatives that unite elders, youth, and community leaders in purpose-driven movements.
Stephanie's philosophy centers on authenticity and universal access to education and technology as the foundation of influence. She believes that true innovation must be anchored in timeless wisdom, ensuring that as we advance technologically, we deepen our capacity for genuine human flourishing.
Stephanie's journey is powered by both global adventure and deep family roots. An avid traveler and mission trip enthusiast, she carries the influence of her daughter, now thriving as a student in the Netherlands, and her daughter's father, a visionary transportation designer whose creativity sparked Stephanie's lifelong passion for emerging technology.
Her teachings help leaders navigate rapid change without losing sight of what matters most: authenticity, enduring values, and wisdom passed through generations. She has been featured in the New York Times and is a proud recipient of a 2025 International Peace Award. One of her dreams is to have spa-inspired libraries that are discovery & wellness centers with planetariums and universal access for every community.
